I was paging through an issue of Book Page magazine when I stopped at the cover of Samantha Irby’s book, Wow, No Thank You. I have a furry nephew, Bashful, so whenever I see a bunny, I automatically pause. (So fluffy! So cute!) I didn’t know what to expect, but I requested the book from the library and was very pleasantly surprised!

Wow, No Thank You. is a collection of hilarious essays. I love Samantha Irby’s humor, her perspective, and the way she spins a story. I’m particularly fond of the ingeniously extensive list of things she’d rather do than have a child! (Girl, same.) The book is smart, witty, clever, and so, so funny. I’m eager to read more from her!
