There are no shortage of book about leadership and an ever-increasing number on diversity, equity, and inclusion. To date, I have read several on the former and a handful on the latter. It seems as if books on both topics are becoming as numerous as Google results! Fortunately, Minette Norman has written THE BOLDLY INCLUSIVE LEADER.

There is much to appreciate in this book. It is wide in scope and filled with illustrative stories and practical suggestions for all readers. I found more than a few ideas to try in my own life as a leader. We can all benefit from ways to improve our listening and find new opportunities to be curious about and learn from the experiences of those unlike ourselves.
