- What is your favorite word? Bestseller
- What is your least favorite word? It’s a four letter word used to demean and belittle women.
- What turns you on creatively, spiritually, or emotionally? I have always loved wide open spaces. The sight of earth and sky (or water and sky) meeting soothes my soul. I also love a good walk in the woods. Contradictory? Sure. But it works for me.
- What turns you off? Raisins
- What is your favorite curse word? Seriously? My mother might read this.
- What sound or noise do you love? I love the sounds of running water, the wind in the trees, the quiet after a heavy snow, rain beating against the windows on mornings I can stay in bed, my daughters’ voices when they call to talk (and not ask for money), and good jazz.
- What sound or noise do you hate? Styrofoam squeaking. I can’t even drink from a Styrofoam cup.
- What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? I’m happy right here, thank you.
- What profession would you not like to do? I think working at the DMV would be AWFUL. No one is every happy at the DMV.
- If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates? Welcome, you made people laugh and brought them light.
