Meet Your Reader: Shelley Giusti

As fun as it is to learn about books and stories and authors, I think it’s equally as fun and interesting to learn about my fellow readers and those wonderful folks who follow Girl with Book Lungs here or on Facebook. So I invite you to take a few moments and Meet Your Reader.Meet Your Reader

Your name: Shelley Giusti

Where you are: Erie, PA

Currently reading: Wound Up in Murder, by Betty Hechtman

Your first reading  memory: About 10 years ago is when I really started to read and it was One For the Money by Janet Evanovich

Some of your favorite authors: Laura Childs and Cleo Coyle, M.C. Beaton, Agatha Christie, and Harlan Coban; but my all time favorite is Maggie Sefton. I love, love the knitting series. She is the reason I love to knit and Laura Childs is the reason I have taken a liking for tea.
Some of your favorite titles: I am not sure I have a favorite title. I love the titles of the tea series; they are fun and the knitting series are fun as well. I never thought of a favorite title before.
An author (dead or alive) who you would most like to meet: I would love to meet  Agatha Christie and M.C. Beaton.
How do you pick what to read next: When it is time for me to pick the next book , I usually look for ones in a series I like that I haven’t read yet, or, if it is going to be featured on my blog, I pick that one. Sometimes I have ARCs and then they are the next ones up.

Anything else you’d like to share: When I am not reading books I am listening to them while I craft. I am a knitter and crocheter and a I cross stitch, too. This was fun, I can’t wait to be on your blog.

Thanks, Shelley! So glad to have you here – someday I’ll have to have you teach me how to knit.
