Meet Your Reader: Penny Marks

As fun as it is to learn about books and stories and authors, I think it’s equally as fun and interesting to learn about my fellow readers and those wonderful folks who follow Girl with Book Lungs here or on Facebook. So I invite you to take a few moments and Meet Your Reader.Meet Your Reader

Your name:
Penny Marks

Where you are: Milan, Indiana

Currently reading: Multiple books right now  – the Sacred Medicine Series, Murder Strikes a Pose, and Fillet of Murder. I know, crazy, huh?

Your first reading  memory: My first reading memory is my Grandma reading The Upsie Downsies children’s book.

Some of your favorite authors: Wow, this is a long list! Kathi Daley, Kathryn O’Sullivan, Tracy Weber, Miranda James, Linda Reilly, Kate Carlisle, Heather Blake, and Tonya Kappes. But I could go on all day!

Some of your favorite titles: All the Zoe Donovan cozy mysteries, the Whales and Tails cozies, A Charming Crime, White Cloud Retreat, Some Like it Witchy, A High End Finish, again I could list all day!
An author (dead or alive) who you would most like to meet: This is an easy question – Jane Austen
How do you pick what to read next: I like a variety of books so this is hard. I look at different blogs to start and I follow all the authors I love and find out what they are reading and what is coming out.
Anything else you’d like to share: Just want to say I was introduced to your blog through a FB party and have been addicted since!

Thanks, Penny! I love getting to know you – and your puppy Abby! Thank  you for reading. 🙂
