When Merritt Fernsby learns he has inherited a house on an island in Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island, he can’t believe his good fortune. As Hulda and Merritt look to discover the house’s magical source, both of their pasts creep into the present and threaten their future.

I was delighted with this book! Historical fiction with magic and fantasy, humor and drama, and just the smallest touch of romance. Enchanting, indeed!
